A Note From Our Dream Team 


Who Can Participate in the Dream Experience?

To be considered, your child must have a Pediatric Cancer diagnosis that has not been in remission for two years or longer and is 19 years old or younger. 


The DREAMS are as follows

Day Dream - Within driving distance, no overnight stay.

COMING SOON

Overnight Dream - Within driving distance with one overnight stay.

Mini Dream - Within driving distance, stay two nights.

Vacation Dream - Within driving distance, stay four nights.


What Can I Expect as a Parent/Guardian? 

Step 1: The Application

Step 2: Interview Process - Members of our Dream Team will be reaching out to have a phone conversation with you to discuss your child’s ideas, answer any questions you have and to explain more about our process.

Step 3: Approval of the Dream - Before your child has his or her heart set on a particular dream, please understand that all applications must go through an approval process, which can take some time. Taylor’s Dream has guidelines and policies that must be followed. All Dream Trips must be reasonable, attainable and medically appropriate for your child’s age and medical condition. 

Step 4: “Dream Come True Call” 

Once everything has been received and approved, an application will be chosen and a gift card with the following expenses in mind will be sent out: gas fare, admission expenses, food allowance and a little something for a keepsake. 

Step 5: ENJOY!! 


Are There Any Expectations for Guardians of the Dream Child? 

Maintain open communication with us. We ask that you share your preferred communication method with our Dream Team and for you to be responsive to all attempts to reach you. 

Our Team would like to also have a photo of each Dream Child to share with the Dream Team and possibly community members while raising funds for their Dream Trip, as well as a photo while on their Dream Trip. Seeing the impact and the smiles on their faces is what keeps us going and keeps Taylor’s Dream alive.

If, at any time, your child’s medical condition changes, please contact us right away. We will do everything we can to accommodate you.
